At Biza Charms, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our  jewelry pieces. We are committed to providing you with beautiful products and outstanding customer service. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all our jewelry items.

Warranty coverage:

We provide a 30-day warranty on all our jewelry items from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the following:

1. Damage: we will replace any jewelry item that arrive in a damaged condition, subject to verification by our team. If the damage occurs during shipping in transit, you will need to open a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to seek assistance in resolving the issue.

Warranty terms and conditions:

1. Notification: to claim the warranty, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer support team at bizacharms@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Return of the item: in certain cases, we may require you to return the damaged item to us. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. 

3. Exclusions: the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

4. Replacement: in case the exact jewelry piece is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative item of equal value or store credit.

5. Shipping: if a replacement is required, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
