Holiday Return & Exchange Extension (Nov 24 – Dec 25)

All orders placed between November 24 and December 25 qualify for our extended holiday return and exchange window.
Our standard policy remains the same - the only change is the return/exchange deadline.

Eligible orders can be returned or exchanged until January 9th.

This extension applies automatically to all qualifying holiday orders to give you extra time during the busy season.

BIZA CHARMS offers free returns for store credit on all full price items for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery or pick up notice. Although we do not offer refunds, we can accept your return for store credit or you can follow our Returns Page to process your exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and untarnished.
  • Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
  • All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
  • All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% off are FINAL SALE.

Biza Charms is not responsible of covering or crediting customs charges and bills from any international order. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get your ideal piece is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and meets all our criteria, we will issue your account store credit. Then, you can proceed with using the store credit on the exchange order.
