Our Craft + Quality Promise

At Biza Charms, every piece is designed with intention and made to feel special. Most of our jewelry is handcrafted in Miami, Florida, and select styles - including certain rings, pendants, earrings, and bangles - are handcrafted in India through a trusted artisan workshop we partner with for specialized techniques and detailed craftsmanship.

All pieces produced through our India partners are first hand-sketched by our founder, created from original Biza designs, and brought to life in small batches with custom detail work you won’t find anywhere else.

No matter where your piece is made, every order ships from Miami, Florida, and each item is carefully inspected and packaged with so much care before it reaches you.

Warranty Coverage

We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry pieces. We are committed to providing you with beautiful products and outstanding customer service. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a warranty on all our jewelry items.

We offer two levels of warranty coverage depending on the material of your item: 

1. Standard Warranty (30 Days)
We provide a 30-day warranty on all jewelry items from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

Damage: We will replace any jewelry item that arrives in a damaged condition, subject to verification by our team. If the damage occurs during shipping in transit, you may need to open a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to seek assistance in resolving the issue.

2. Sterling Silver Warranty (60 Days)
All sterling silver material items (example: Rayna Ring, Rayna Cuff) are covered by an extended 60-day warranty from the date of delivery. We offer this upgraded coverage to ensure the pieces you’re investing in meet our quality standards and to give you stress-free wear with confidence.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Notification:
To claim the warranty, you must notify us within the warranty period (30 days or 60 days depending on the item). Please contact our customer support team at contact@bizacharms.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Return of the Item:
In certain cases, we may require you to return the item to us. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

4. Replacement:
If the exact jewelry piece is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative item of equal value or store credit.

5. Shipping:
If a replacement is required, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.

Repairs: If your item is no longer covered under warranty, we’re still here to help. We offer repairs for a flat fee - email contact@bizacharms.com and we’ll walk you through the options.
